- How do I buy games?
You must be Registered AND Signed In to the website to buy games.
- Select the game you are interested in, from the main menu.
- If you wish to buy a copy, just click the Reserve button.
If you wish to buy multiple copies, you will need to repeat this process, as
there is no facility for doing this in one hit.
- If you wish to buy other games, please repeat the previous steps.
- When you have completed reserving all the games you want, you can either immediately
click the Purchase button, or you can return later & do so, via the Orders screen
Reserved Games are held for about a week, before being returned to available stock.
I will try to contact you before doing so, to find out if you still want them.
- Clicking the Purchase button causes an automated email to be sent to your nominated address.
This email contains all the information you need to complete your order:
- The games you have ordered & their prices.
- The postage cost (if appropriate).
- The total amount due.
- How to pay.
- How you will receive the games.
- If you subsequently wish to add games to the order, & have not yet taken any steps towards payment,
please feel free to simply Reserve some more & then click Purchase again. You will receive an updated
email.
- If you are choosing to pay by cheque, please email me to let me know.
- Once you have initiated payment, I would prefer that you do not reserve futher games until the current order has been dispatched,
(i.e. all games on your account are listed as completed).

- What is an Email Notification Request (ENR)?
When I am out of stock of a game, which may be on order or not, instead of being able to Purchase it, you can request an automated email
be sent to you when it comes back in stock. There is no obligation to buy when you do this, as you may subsequently manage to find it elsewhere.
However, when I order games, & there is a ENR for something I do not usually stock, I usually write to you to offer you the chance to buy it. This means that you
have it reserved as soon as I order it myself, & it will not be sold to anyone else. This is the point at which your commitment to buy begins.
Some customers have made these special orders via email for games that are not listed on the catalogue.

- How much is postage?
I try to charge as close to Australia Post's charges as I can, plus packaging costs. The website will calculate the
postage on each order automatically. When you register, you will be given a range of postage costs for the address
you registered with.
If you wish to have a parcel sent to another address, please contact me directly to get a postage figure, & ignore the automatically
generated one.
All games are posted in a strong box.
I will send via Express Post, if requested, but it is expensive & will take me at least a day to find out the cost, so it probably isn't worth it for you.

- How do I pay?
I accept:
- Direct Bank Deposit (via internet or going to a branch of ANZ Bank)
- Cheque or Bank Draft.
If you are paying this way, please let me know, so that I wait a little longer before checking for your transaction.
I do not accept PayPal, PayMate or Credit Card, as their fees are too high for both you & me.
If games are handed over in person, I am preapared to accept cash on delivery, once I know you.

- Can I collect the games in person?
I live in West Brunswick, Victoria. If you want to collect them from me there, then please email me to arange a mutually convenient time.
I also am generally at
- Some Tuesday evenings: Billabong Boardgamers, Amaroo Neighbourhood House, Chadstone 7pm - 11pm
- Some Thursday evenings: Gamers@Dockers, NAB, Docklands 5:30-11pm

- When will I receive the games?
I try to post the games on the same day, or the day after, funds appear in my account. Sometimes I a msimply unable to do so, but
this is a rare occurrence, & I would do my best to inform you beforehand if possible.
Australia Post varies in its delivery times. Remote country areas may take up to 10 days,
but urban centres should be no more than 2-3 days.

- What about trade pile games?
These games are up for either sale or trade. Just email me your offer & we can negotiate.
These aren't covered by any special postage offers that I may be running.
However, I would prefer to add them to orders of games to save postage, if possible.
- Do you offer discount for big purchases?
My prices are currently as low as I can get them. Everyone gets the big order discount.
If I sold them any cheaper, it would be seriously not worth my while to run this business at all.

- I am interested in a game, but you don't have it listed. What do I do?
Send me an email. I have done quite a few one-off orders for games that do not really fit my product profile, or for which I do not
beleive there is a great demand. Sometimes I add them to the catalogue too.
- What does 'Special Orders' mean?
These are games whose turnover is very low. I am happy to try to get hold of them for you, but it wil take some time, possibly 3 months.
Also, you will be committed to buying the game at the time I order it.
- What is the BoardGameGeek Number?
Board Game Geek is the largest reference site (of which I am aware) for information about Games. By linking to it, I am offering you the
facility to read reviews, session reports, look at pictures, and find out all about the games BEFORE you buy them.
- I cannot see how to Purchase a game or Request an Email Notification. What is wrong?
Usually, this is because you have not Signed In to the web-site yet! If you are signed in, then when looking at a game, you
should be offered either the option to Purchase (a game that is in stock) or Request a Notification (when I do not have in in stock).
- Why do the games I have bought show a different figure from what I paid?
When you receive free postage, I deduct the cost of the postage from the total in this list. You have still paid the same
for the games, but I have allocated the funds differently internally.
